Our Team.

With over 15 years of experience in managerial roles across both private and public organisations in the health and social care sector, I bring a track record of delivering results through people, process, and purpose. I have led diverse teams to high performance, and successfully managed annual Profit & Loss responsibilities of approximately £11 million, ensuring financial health while fostering excellence in service delivery. Motivated by a belief that leadership is about enabling others, my work has always centred on building confidence, developing skills, and creating environments where teams thrive.
